1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of emporiomodels.com, emporiomodels.com/marrakech and the related Emporio Models services. The website is operated by EMPORIO MODELS SARL (trading as Emporio Models and Emporio Models Marrakech), a limited liability company registered in Marrakech, Morocco, ICE 002373328000090, with its office at Hay Targa 693, Marrakech, Morocco (“Emporio Models”, “we”, “us”).

By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

2. Use of the website

You may use the website to view our models and services, apply to become a model and contact us for bookings. You agree to use it lawfully and not to: copy, scrape or harvest content or data by automated means; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, our application or our systems; submit false, misleading or third-party information; send unsolicited advertising; or use the website in any way that could damage it or Emporio Models.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time without notice.

3. Images and content ownership

All content on the website, including photographs, videos, model books and digitals, texts, logos, the Emporio Models name and trademarks, and the design of the site, is owned by Emporio Models, the models, photographers or other rights holders, and is protected by Moroccan and international intellectual property law (including Law No. 2-00 on copyright and related rights).

No image of any model may be copied, downloaded for reuse, published, edited, used for advertising, editorial, social media, AI training or any other purpose without a prior written licence from Emporio Models. Any authorised use is limited to the media, territory and duration stated in that licence. Unauthorised use will be invoiced at our usage rates and may lead to legal action.

Model cards, books and PDFs supplied to clients are provided for casting and selection purposes only and remain confidential.

4. Bookings

Information on the website, including model availability, measurements and profiles, is for guidance only and does not constitute an offer. A booking is only confirmed once Emporio Models has confirmed it in writing (email, signed booking form or contract), and is then governed by the agreed booking terms, including fees, usage, cancellation and payment terms.

Clients may not contact, book or pay models represented by Emporio Models directly, or through another agency, for work introduced by us, except through Emporio Models.

5. Model applications

Submitting the Be a Model form, sending photos or attending a casting does not create any agreement and does not guarantee representation, bookings or work. Representation only begins once a written agreement has been signed by both parties. Emporio Models never asks applicants for a fee to be represented.

By applying you confirm that the information and photos you send are accurate and that you have the right to send them. Applicants under 18 must apply with a parent or legal guardian. Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Liability

The website is provided “as is”. We take care to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee that it is complete, error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Emporio Models is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or data, or damage resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the website or from links to third-party websites, which we do not control.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Moroccan law, including liability for fraud or gross negligence.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute relating to the website or these terms that cannot be settled amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Marrakech, Morocco.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms at any time; the version published on this page applies from its effective date.
